 The BIBTEST55XL is an extremely accurate burn-in board test system. The system is tailored to electrically test your complete burn-in circuit including resistance, capacitance, diodes, inductance, shorts, opens and leakage. 4-wire Kelvin technology guarantees greater measurement accuracy. The system is modular in design, with an entry level system delivering 256 channels. Expansion capability can be up to a maximum of 2000 channels. The up to date Windows based software allows for streamlined programming and board testing. The system can test complex zoned boards and has the facility to single test universal edge connections. A comprehensive database facilitates the storage and maintenance of test records and programs. Abrel manufactures an extensive range of socket test probes to complement the BIBTEST55XL test system
